Zuzana Švíbková, teacher of the Czech language, studied at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague, subject Czech Language and Literature in teaching specialisation. She has been teaching Czech for foreigners since 2005. She is experienced in teaching beginners, pre-intermediate and intermediate levels in various course types and various groups (homogenous or heterogeneous, concerning the native language). She has taught at the Institute of Language and Preparatory Studies, Charles University in Prague, at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, Czech Technical University in Prague, AKCENT IH, Prague. In 2007 she passed a course on teaching skills for Open Courses organised by the Centre for the Integration of Foreigners, the Association of Teachers of Czech as a Second Language and the People in Need foundation.
