Petr Gibas, MSc.
Petr Gibas graduated with a Masters degree in Geography from UCL in London. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Social Anthropology at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. He is interested in landscape and urban anthropology with an emphasis on home, its emotional dimensions, and homelessness, hybrid landscapes such as the industrial landscape of post-industrial Czech Republic, urban decay, and garden colonies in contemporary (Central) European cities. He is the co-author of Nonhumans in Social Sciences: Animals, Spaces, Things (2011).
