 Summer Program


*Tuition refunds will be judged on a case-by-case basis. 

Refunds prior to the Summer 2021 and/or Fall 2021 semesters.

A student who withdraws from the Summer 2021 and/or Fall 2021 UPCES programs informing the UPCES Director per email no longer than 14 May 2021 (for Summer) and 10 September 2021 (for Fall) is eligible for full refund of their tuition paid, including the deposit. Students may (choose) to use paid tuition towards covering the tuition of the next available UPCES full semester (Spring 2022) by informing the UPCES Director per email. Any student opting to defer their participation and leave fully paid tuition on deposit will be protected against any price increase that might otherwise be applicabe to Spring 2022.


Tuition deadline:

  • The refundable deposit of $250 is due 19 March, 2021
  • The remaining amount of $6,520 is due 23 April, 2021

The UPCES Summer Experience


UPCES Tuition does not include:

  • Airfare to and from Prague.
  • Meals and Personal Expenses


The Summer Program runs from late May through early July. Please check our Academic Calendar for the actual dates of upcoming Summer Program.

UPCES will send a tuition invoice approximately 3 months before the start of the semester. All tuition payments will be made to the CERGE-EI Foundation in New York at this address:

Tuition can be paid individually or arranged with each university in accordance with their payment standards. Please contact the UPCES Office for more information. Tuition fees are set yearly by the CERGE-EI Executive and Supervisory Committee.
